Diet is very important to health. That is health 101 in med school. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a topic I am researching right now so I wish the two articles (How does a low-carb diet help to reverse PCOS? and Can birth control pills affect PCOS?) were not taken down. (neither link contain an article)

Try to regulate what you eat and also try to do some work outs they

definitely help in the long run even if you don’t see any immediate

effects. Its not bad to be plumpy but fully fit. Try it out and see the

change im sure you guys would be very satisfied.

The article about how a low carbon diet reverse PCOS was an interesting read.

I think that enough articles are not there on the net about it so it was a good initiative. I am not sure how the above comment fits in here but I would still say that being plumpy in the long run is not healthy at all.

Interesting read , I was doing a paper on PCOS and I googled it and found this site after some time of digging and I think this has been very useful for.

I think there is not much scope for research because of the lack of skilled people.
