BlogPhiladelphia – The UnConference

As part of developing myself as a blogger, I have made the commitment to make it to some blogging events. The first event I will be attending is next week in Philedelphia at the BlogPhiladelphia unConference. Really looking forward to meeting some other local bloggers. Check out BlogPhiladelphia.com and register for the conference which is being held on July 12 and 13th. I am guessing it is being called an unconference, because those that are attending can also register to hold workshops. Oh, did I mention, the BlogPhiladelphia UnConference is totally Free. You got to love that.

The Schedule of events for the conference is up, and lists events occurring from the welcome reception on Wednesday July 11th to the closing Inaugural run up the Philly Art museum steps at 330pm Friday night.

The different session topics include both general and specific topics that deal with Web 2.0, technology, marketing, as well many others aspects of blogging.
If anyone who reads this is planning on attending, let me know so we can meet face to face.

The next event that I am registered for which I will be writing more about as the date approaches is the BlogWorldExp in Las Vegas Nov.8-9, 2007.

Adgloco Toolbar

So I downloaded the Adgloco Viewbar to my computer. I turn it on every morning when I turn on my computer. From what I understand – I’m to have it up and running for 5 hours per month – and amazing things will begin to happen. The amount of time that I spend in front of a computer – I could have a year’s worth of time put in within the first few days of July.

I’m not really sure how it all works and I assume that better things will happen IF I sign up people through my referral number – then I will be doubly blessed. Anyway, it’s up and running and it’s hardly even noticeable. I suppose it’s another search bar – like the Google and Yahoo Toolbars that are always running on my computer and they do get used daily.

Update:Uninstalled the toolbar as Agloco is a member of the Deadpool. Also unlinking any links pointing to the site.
