Do Follow Update
I just found Dawud’s Do Follow post and followed a link in his post to a Dummies Guide to Google Blogger post about making Google Blogger blogs Do Follow blogs.
Getting rid of the “no follow” tag, allows you to pass on your link love to those who make relevant comments.
So lets see if I can do this to our travel blog, the Travels of Lizzie Bean which is hosted on blogger.
Following the great directions for removing the the “no follow” tag on the Dummies blog, I was able to get rid of the tag in about 1 minute.
Let Everyone Know
Ok, the deed is done, next thing I did was to head over to RandaClay to choose an iFollow badge to match Lizzie’s blog. I choose this Green one
and Lizzie approved it.
Then after I dropped the badge into the side bar, I wrote a Do Follow post, much like the No Follow is Done post I did on Pixelheadonline. When writing this, I made sure to give credit where credit is due. Then after the post was written and published, I link the badge in the side bar to it, and that is it. Lizzie has joined the iFollow movement.
What do you think? Have you joined the movement.
Badge Update:
I just came across this cool badge that I thought I would add to my badges. It’s another “Ucomment, I follow” badge I found at Mysites-advisor.com/. I really like the yin yang type of look. What do you think. Well which ever you decide to use, use one or both, but please do join the “Do Follow” Movement.
Update: Just found a great list of blogs that do not use the No Follow which is on Courtney Tuttle’s Blogs that Follow post.
