		<description>Michael and Randy I fully agree with you that it is time consuming and often times you may feel it is a waste of time, but you just never know when you are going to find a link that will be cached and have a bit of juice that carries over. 

Randy, I look for those paid express submissions too, but I only pay for express if the category page I am submitting to is cached.</description>
