Top Commentator for August – Sarah of Bluejar.com

Being short on time, I am going to do a series of posts on the top three commentators.

This post is for Sarah of Bluejar.com ” the webmasters guide to the galaxy”, who was the top commentator for August 2007. The first post I ever read on BlueJar was a “how to” post about installing favicons on your site.(I will get around to installing) Sarah is quite the resource on Favicons.

BlueJar is currently running a “How to” group blogging contest. To enter all you need to do is write a unique “how to” type post and contact Sarah to let her know. Check the previous link for more info on her “How To” contest.

Thanks for the link Adam. The comments on my site are starting to pick up a little bit, so I’ll probably be adding a Top Commentators posting here soon hopefully as well.

Stefan, hope it works out well for you. It seems to be working well on this and other blogs that use it. But as you have guessed, it does mean you need to be vigilante against spam comments.

For bloggers, it’s pretty important to get listed as a top commentator. It’s something to do with backlinks. I don’t understand the full logistics of it, but I read it needs to be done.
