Sammy The Surf Dog is Back

I was checking out Paula Queen of The Surf Pirates, one of Augusts Top Commentators, and her dog, Sammy The Surf Dog, was hit by a car recently, but by the looks of things he is going to be OK.

In Sammy’s most recent post, he tells us his heroic tale of how he got hit by a car, and his conversation with Saint Francis.

Glad to hear you are doing great Sammy, take it easy buddy, those waves and birds will be waiting for your return.

I went over to Sammy’s post and at first I was put off by the grammatical style with which the story was delivered. As I read though, I just cannot help but feel for poor Sammy. I wonder what could have happened to his “mommy” if he did not stop. He was truly a hero.

Am glad he got home safe after such a scary ordeal. The last part was just funny. (him not being able to finish his post because he cannot write and he is a dog.Hahahaha) I wish he also mentioned how it is a bummer to have paws instead of opposable thumbs.

I hope I hear more from Sammy.

Paula does an interesting post as if she were writing from Sammy’s perspective. She really has a unique blog that has lots of great info about OBX. Oh, got my hat, I will have to do a video while wearing it.

Cool… That hat purchase makes Sammys dream of putting Rover on the moon and winning 30 million from Google… that is Sammys new project.
