I found that updating my blog regularly kept traffic levels increasing. I also manged to find a story which was hot news and not yet published on a lot of sites. This got my traffic from 300 to 5000+ in a day! Shame it's a piece of news and will soon decrease in popularity. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the tips!

The "No Follow" tag tells the Search Engine Spiders to not follow the link, thereby nullifying the juice of any No Follow links. Wikipedia now uses No Follow tags on all of its outbound links, which it stared using to reduce the amount of spam entries.
