Joe of Mcbsconsulting.com who happens to be one of the sponsors of the Logo contest, graciously helped me to upgrade to the current version of WordPress which now enables me to post videos. With Joe’s online tech support the changes were made in less than 5 minutes. Glad I could help. Nice video, at least you know to look AT the camera, I still end up looking everywhere BUT the camera.

One little problem with it was that when I went into the WYSWIG editor to make changes to the post, the video broke the template. As long as I publish from Viddler it looks fine, but the second I go in to the editor, it breaks.
Guess I will have to make sure I don’t have to edit a post with video after it is published.

That’s one of the drawbacks of using an online service for vids and such, if you republish your post most times you have to republish online with the service as well.
It seems that republishing a post negates the original link from the service. Don’t know why, but you just have to remember to redo both at the same time.

Great, its good to upgrade the post. Even new information should be added now and then to atract the readers. Even online services should be published.

David you are so right. I am really happy with they updated wordpress. It’s great to finally be able to post videos.

I almost had to get in touch with Joe again last night when our cat jumped up on Lizzie’s computer which resulted in her display being inverted. Although I just Googled what happened and apparently it has happened to others. Punch in ctrl alt down and you’ll see what her screen looked like. ctrl alt up brings back your display to normal. I think this would be a great prank to play on someone.lol…I believe this is just for windows not Apple.

I stumbled upon your site when I was looking for an answer to a wordpress problem. I am not an expert yet so I guess I should look some more before asking for technical support. Either way, I’ll have Joe’s contact details on standby.
