Healthy Cooking With Deb Bixler

Posted by Pixelhead

Deb Bixler sent me an email the other day thanking me for running the contest. I also offered Deb the opportunity to post a promotional blog post here on Pixelheadonline. Deb Says:

Thank you Adam, for hosting the logo contest. It was fun to be a part of the competition. I enjoyed the interesting variation from my day-to-day internet work to spice things up. I am a speaker and presenter in the area of sales as well as healthy living.

The logo which I entered in the contest is posted at my sales and marketing site: www.CreateACashFlowShow.com . This is a network marketing resource center that is home-party specific. It is designed as a resource center for direct sales professionals.

I also have a blog that is geared toward healthy eating. At www.WowYouAreReallyLucky.com visitors learn how to boost their metabolism, lose weight and skills to keep the whole family healthy in this fast paced world. This video is a funny excerpt of my healthy cooking show “Now We’re Cooking” Thanks for including me in your awards even at the third place level.

That cheese cake is a great looking dessert which I imagine tastes as good as it looks. You certainly do have a lot of projects to keep you busy. Thanks for participating in the Logo Contest Deb.

Great tip about how you cut strawberries. I always did the exact opposite. :)

Cool recipes. And the cheese cake is just too hard too resist. I checked your site, it has some really useful information.

Looks good, although I’ll leave out the lemon – not a fan of the lemon ;-)

As far as cleaning the strawberries, does Deb recommend using a special cleaner? I didn’t think that just running water over the fruit properly cleaned off the pesticides.

Running water over the fruit works for most people, VG.

That video is fantastic!
I’ve been living on my own for a while and have been learning to cook.
I like making simple recipes that taste good and are relatively easy to make.

#4: I agree completely!

Healthy eating is not just for the overweight. It makes sense to look after your body now, if you want it to look after you in your old age.
