I use four screens at work setup in a semi-circular fashion across my desk, just four singular monitors sprawled out… and I hate it. I want a screen setup like that.

Hey thanks for the post again – I must apologise as my blog has been neglected recently! I will try and keep it more up to date!

With regards to the monitor mount – certainly 6 screens is great – three is normally adequate though – really makes a difference to your viewing pleasure!

You would need a multi monitor adapter as well though – Matrox make a good one as well.

I want to thank you for all that you have done for us at New Homes Section. You have sent so much traffic to our blog and realistically we are in two different niches. Thank you for everything you have done for us over the past year Adam! I hope all is well!

@JBO:
You wouldn’t need a multi-monitor adapter if you were using different computers (as I do – two for code writing, one for testing, and the last one for an acoustic analyzer). KVM switches do work well with different computers, except when you need to switch back and forth, both often and quickly.

I really slacked off this past month. I will have to make sure to comment more to get back on this list. Congrats to the other top commentators.

@Solinkable
Sounds like a lot of computing power there! The multi monitor is really to just increase your desktop space rather than have a load of things running at once!
