		<description>The boxed wine issue fascinates me.  I had no idea that simply using a box instead of a bottle could save so many environmental resources.  As you point out, a huge on is simply the weight of a bottle vs. a box.  Then there&#039;s the issue that boxes can easily compact for recycling, etc.  Very cool way to help the environment.</description>

		<description>i find the idea of vertical farms interesting. they allow produce to be grown much closer to or within cities. if set up properly, they can be self-sustaining, with minimal waste. and they free up land for other use.
