A Quick Way to Build Backlinks and Get Higher Search Engine Rankings

Posted by Andrew Bolis

Have you been trying to increase traffic to your site? Maybe you have considered hiring a SEO specialist to help you out. I’m going to save you a lot of money and effort by telling you about Blog Carnivals. Blog Carnivals are the experts best kept secret. Not many people use it and It’s not surprising that their web sites get lots of traffic and customers. At the end of this post you will also find a special gift to all readers of this blog that will help you build backlinks and increase traffic to your websites.

Blog Carnivals are free for anyone to use. Just visit blog carnival’s website and you can start using them right now. They help you build backlinks to your online business from other similar web sites. Not only will you get a lot of additional traffic, you will also get a lot of targeted traffic. Best of all it’s free.

To take advantage of blog carnivals there is only one condition. You need to have free posts on your site. Informative articles or how to posts work. If you have a blog on your site with posts that also works. If you don’t, then you might want to consider writing free articles. Search engines love fee articles and they will send you a lot of free traffic. You can link to your products or other parts of your website from the bottom of those articles or posts.

Once you have one article, you need to visit Blog Carnival’s website. You can scan all the different Blog Carnivals. Try to find a few carnivals related to your article’s topic. So if you article is about nutrition you would try to find health related carnivals. You basically submit the title and URL of your article to a relevant carnival. The Carnival host generally posts a link to your article on his/her own web site within the next few days.

When that blog carnival host’s visitors see the link, many will click it, especially if the article title entices them. Second when the search engines index the carnival host’s site, they will see the link to your website. This will increase your search engine ranking. In other words your website will start ranking higher in the search engines, and you will start getting more search engine traffic.

Search engines heavily use incoming links to determine the quality of a web site. In other words the websites that rank the highest in search engines generally have lots of incoming links. Blog Carnivals are a great legitimate way to contribute value to others and at the same time increase traffic to your website. Your contributing value by writing quality articles and sharing them with others who might find them informative. Similarly you increase traffic to your website by increasing incoming links to it.

So you are probably wondering what the catch? Besides if search engine optimization is that easy then why are their consultants charging to do it? Well I don’t know. What I do know is that Blog Carnivals are really that easy to use. I’ve used them with many of my own sites and watched search engine traffic steadily go up.

I recommend that you submit an article to Blog Carnivals once every week. It will take about 30 days and then you will start noticing an increase in your traffic. You will have more search engine traffic. You will also get lots of targeted traffic from the websites hosting the carnivals. Also, there are carnivals about all kinds of different topics such as health, business, self improvement, marketing, education, entertainment, relationships, and many other topics.

I wanted to give this blog’s readers a special gift, so I will offer you a free 30 day trial of my blog carnival submission service. Normally my service costs $25 a month, however if you click here you can try it free for 30 days. My service will do all the blog carnival submission work for you, so you can sit back and watch your backlinks and traffic increase. I would recommend you take advantage of this offer as soon as possible. If too many people sign up I will have to take the sign up page down.

Interesting – though I guess this is only good for blogs.

One question for you – out of all the time you have been doing this – what do you think has given you the best SEO boot out of everything?

Like articel writing, paid directories, freee directories etc? This is just from a SERP point of veiw rather than traffic?

Blog Carnivals is something that I’ve heard mentioned before but you’ve convinced me to give it a go.

Out of interest how would you compare its effectiveness to the various popular social media sites?

This is a great tactic. However I suppose for those of us who do not have blog, we will have to stick to good old SEO work… I must say though, that doing my own SEO work, or rather ATTEMPTING to do my own SEO work, I have learned a ton of stuff. Search engines can be tricky to work with and there is always that fear of pissing them off…

Nice tip, I’ve experimented with a lot of link building methods and I would have to say one article/day is the best but I have not heard of this and will definitely be trying it out!

Cheers

It is wise to add title tag and alt tag in images not only for seo purposes but to give information to visitors also.

Alt tag is used to give information when in any case image is not displayed in website.

Title tag is used when user drag his mouse on the image.

I find both of them important and relevant not only for seo purposes but for giving good information also.

Thanks for the tip. I’m definitely going to submit my blog to Carnival’s Blog.

Another way to get more links the easy way is through the link competitor tool: http://www.zoekmachine-abc.nl/search-engine-link-finder/

It finds links from competitors that you don’t have yet.
