Hey it sounds like a good idea, and a good opportunity for a newbie starting out. I believe SEO is where the long-term traffic and money is, very valuable skills to learn.

We have not found anyone local, but have got a person on the West Coast we may be training…not so sure of her sincerity to learn SEO though.
