This is really good article on social bookmarking. SB is very useful to drive traffic. Mostly Digg, SU, mixx and reddit. so many social bookmarking sites available but I like digg and SU.

Lilla, it is one way, but I would not suggest getting in the habit of only bookmarking your own stuff…you will do better if you the majority of your bookmarked links are actually stuff that you would consider to be useful resources, things that you would send to your friends.
