Excellent City Chicago been quite a few years since I’ve been there though. Been in Surfers Paradise Australia for the last two months which is stunning so I’m not all that jealous, sure you will have a great time in Chicago

my husband and i are planing a vacation to chicago the first week in august. we are staying for 4 days and 3 nights, we bought a go chicago card for 3 days and plann on doing alot of the things that are covered by the card. i would like suggestions for affordable things to do or see for the 4th day and possible for the night as most of the stuff cover with the card is daytime stuff. also any suggestions on great places to eat while there. thanks

Have a nice time. I must suggest you to visit Sky Deck. Its Awesome. My wife and I attempted to visit the Sky Deck in the afternoon. The ensuing experience was like a death march that only finally ended when we fled in disgust after waiting for well over 2 hours. But it was worth it.

Either way, I’m really looking forward to your post on Bing and other search engines. It would be interesting if maybe you could come up with a sort of technical comparison, like a benchmark. I’ve done an internal one for my company (rather small company..:), don’t read much into it), regarding the number of indexed external links that each search engine offers for our website, and the results were pretty interesting. I’ve also played with the idea of an article on the Microsoft / Yahoo partnership, so I’m looking forward to hearing some ideas from you!

Wow! I worked in downtown Chicago from 1959 to 1970. I just realized reading your article how long it has been since I was last there. I worked at the IBM Michigan Ave office and we used to go walk in Grant Park at lunch time. Bet that’s not even an option any more. Have a ball.

The area that I am think about the most is near O’hare as this seems reasonably safe, doesn’t charge for parking (which can add up) and is a short distance walk to the “El” to take into Chicago.
