Laptop Repair and Clothier

Posted by Pixelhead

Kudos go out to Ted from Ethixa.com for pointing me in the right direction to getting my wife’s laptop fixed. Lizzie had the misfortune of having her ctrl key on her Dell Inspiron E1505 come flying off early last week. I emailed Ted, and Ted let me know what my options were.

Kudos to the Kutztown Computer Wizards for fixing Lizzie’s Laptop in a jiff. Lizzie and I headed over to Computer Wizards at lunch time and planned on dropping her laptop off so that it could get fixed during lunch. Not even 5 minutes passed before the new keyboard was installed and we were out the door and on our merry way.
And last but not least Kudos go out to my new exclusive clothier A Weitzenkorn’s Sons, Inc of Pottstown.  Gregg Weitzenkorn showed me gave me great service and has the desire to be sure that his customers are dressed to the “T’. Thanks Gregg.

When a company goes above and beyond, I really believe they deserve to be recognized. And as such this seems like like a great place to recognize any such businesses that I encounter.

Computer downtime is absolutely unacceptable these days, but a 5 minute turnaround time is really something special. As for the phrasew clothier that you’re using – it is new to me, but sure does roll easily off the tongue! Good use of language, I like it!

wrote a post about the GM car dealership who gave me excellent service… I know from a car dealership! I couldn’t agree more. A company willing to go above and beyond in today’s business world needs to be recognized! Well done everyone

Many computers services firm owners are great at talking to prospects … until it’s time to actually sell something, and then they crumple at any sign of doubt from potential small business clients.

Great service deserves honourable mention, and being a snappy dresser is an art, so kudos to you for acknowledging these people and their services.

Great stuff, it’s always nice to hear when someone actually receives the service they pay for and not something thats inferior!

A lovely story. Over here in Kent (UK), it’s tough to find a decent laptop enginner. I often think someone could do very well if they start up a decent laptop repair business. Customer service is truly the greatest form of marketing, Pixelhead!

I’m new here man so I have to say that I’m really impressed by your site. I have you bookmarked to keep up with your future posts.

I’ve never heard of computer wizards so I’ll have to do more research on them. Thanks for the recommendation though.

Two excellent recommendations, it seems. One thing I’ve tried to do when receiving excellent customer service is demanding to see the manager (or whomever the top person is) at the location where it happened. I then make sure that person knows the story of the employee who helped me. If it makes the employee feel better, gets them a positive note in their file, or helps on their next employee review, I hope it will reinforce the concept of good service.

Sometimes it’s easy to raise our complaints to the store manager and forget to do the same with our praise.

Kudos to a company that delivers excellent quality service. It truly pays for a company to have a positive reputation; just look at all the free marketing the company is getting.

Is there a forum that is specifically for laptop repair or one that focuses on circuit board repair? I am looking for a forum that will show motherboard level repairs on laptops.

Congrats on finding a decent repair service. I find so often with laptops now-a-days that with the price of new laptops falling, been wondering if repair is still a viable option. I’ve been lucky myself in that I’ve never had one fail on me yet until it was old and in need of replacement anyway.

Certainly, a good service deserves acknowledgment. Not all can give you the rightful service they are supposed to give. Some would talk you into it but none of the services they offer are beneficial to what you expect.

If they’re into business, they should mean business. But most often, staff and crew of such company or business enterprise could not give that service they ought to give their customers. Good thing there are still few that are actually doing their job. And even if it’s a part of their job to give excellent service, they should be given credit for it.

Business and service can’t be that good without good feedback. What more if they are given such recognition such as this. Not all stores give what their costumers rightfully deserve, such as they don’t get the right volume of clients because of their not so good service. So, congratulations for finding a store that give excellent services!

Congratulations! I haven’t encountered so many people among those who give their worthwhile services. Those who actually did are taking care of their image and definitely care for their clients. I hope every store or service center there is would do just like that. Cheers to that.

Word of mouth from a satisfied customer is worth far more than a massive paid for advert, and that’s from experience.

Being into business myself, I am well aware of what service means. Being able to give my clients the best services I could offer gives me a good feeling of a job well done. Although there are others who don’t do the same thing. I appreciate those who do and still continue to give their clients the excellent services they could.

Not all customers are good customers and marketing is about choosing the right customers; it’s not about trying to please everyone.
