I have used Yellow book advertising before, it did great as far as exposure for my online presence. My off line presence was not as successful. Got some great backlinks from it as well.

Precisely! Traditional way of advertising is not so common now a days..so instead of engaging your business on the yellow pages just go online. Online marketing is the trend to make your business successful.

We don’t waste any money advertising in the yellow pages. It just doesn’t reeach a large enough audience.

“Currently though, the old Yellow Pages has seen a serious decline, and is struggling to stay a float.” I think these days when a majority of people have internet on their phones, people have alternative ways of finding what they are looking for. You can’t really carry the yellow book with you in your pocket like you can with your Blackberry!

Yellow pages have lost grounds to Search Engines. People with Internet access prefer searching Google than digging trough the yellow pages books.
