Save Lives, Upload Photo Project

Posted by Pixelhead

I got the Photojojo newsletter yesterday, and found out about a cool project being run by GE.  By uploading photos to Flickr through the GE Ecomagination site,  you can help them to donate wind power, solar power and drinking water to an underdeveloped country. Check out the post about the project on PhotoJojo or go directly to the GE EComagination page to upload your wind, water, and light photos.

Below are the three photos I submitted to the project.

Let me know if you added your pics to the project, and I’ll check them out.

Your photos are beautiful. I love the third one. This would be awesome as a pic on someone’s wall. The colors are beautiful.

That’s a great idea. It can really help many people especially those people who have in bad situations. I hope this project will be successful. Maybe, you should do more ads to promote the project in order to attract people to join and help the project become successful. Thanks for the post and have a great day!

I love the water picture. It makes me want to go to the beach. Preferably, a warm location. We are getting snow today, and I cannot stand cold weather.

I found that post too. I even uploaded a picture featuring a a flower blown in the wind. I think this idea is just great, especially now, that so many people are interested in photography. This way they can even help those in need with their hobby/passion.

I do agree! A great project. GE have their own unique idea, I learn that this is one way to participate. Not really love posting photos but if thousands of people do this, they have thousands of love participation and not knowing that they successfully help others. In this cool project, I have to admit that I learn a lot to help others!

I love posting photos, when I read GE’s project I’m inspired to take it all the time to help others. They have their own “uniqueness” as they said. A project that everyone can help even in a simple ways. This idea can come up in wide variation of simplicity. I like this project!
