I ve been offered to publish my ads in the yellow book and in the Telmex guide but I sistematically refuse. Google Adwords works perfectly well for my business and I dont think these old printed books can compete with that!

I have used Yellow pages in the past but with almost no result. SEO and social media advertising works better for me.

Add on personal profiles of yourself and your business on social networking sites such as LinkedIn, Ecademy, Friends Reunited, and Facebook. These will need to be quite subtle – avoid the hard sell. Then start building links in to other people that you know.
