Top Commentators for mid August 2008

  • Top Commentators

    • Nicole Price (6) our top commentator has a post about the best companies to work for, I personally was intrigued by number 10. Check out Nicole’s post, and let me know which company would interest you?

    • Free Directories (5) which does not have a blog that I could see, does have a webmasters forum…which as you know, is a great place to not only get some great one way links, but it is a great place to get some knowledge about marketing your site.

    • Wayne (5) at this writing has Lesson 9 of his Blogger.com Help Series. This one tells you how to migrate your Blogger.com blog to a unique url. I may have to get Wayne’s help to do this with our travel blog.

The rest of our Mid August Top Commentators…

  • Well that is the list of the top commentators for the month. I wanted to let everyone know that the commenting guidelines will be getting a bit more stringent. As Alex Creative suggested, I need to clean the list up a bit. Free Directories, does have a forum, so he is perfectly acceptable for the top commentators list…as long as comments are worthy. Number 10 on this months list is questionable, mainly because it is not in English and I have no idea if it is a blog or not. Davin, my friend, your comments are always welcomed, but to be on the list in the future,  you and any other commentators will need to put a blog somewhere on your site.

Just ping me whenever you want to discuss this. It’s pretty easy, and blogger does a good job of maintaining your inbound traffic flowing through redirecting the old url to the new.

I’ve been swamped with work and side projects lately and feel bad that I have not been able to comment as frequently as I have been. Things will be changing soon, once I get a few projects off my plate.

Thanks for the kudos my friend!

Its not a priority, but somewhere down the line I would like to switch the blog over…down the line.

I have a friend who works at Google, #1 on that best places to work list. She loves it! And her Facebook status always says something like, I am going to Disney today with all the Googlers. Seems like a cool job.

I think Google would be great to work for - not only is it great they seem to look after their employees - think of all the inside knowledge you would be subjected to!

This is great you reward your top commentators with link backs. I remember alot of people used to do that, now only a select few do. it’s nice you pay back to your readers.

I like how you post an article specially for your top commentators, it adds as a great incentive to be your loyal reader.

Thanks for the acknowledgement. Sure feels good to be in a top ten list. Even if it is just a top commentators list!
