Digital Photo Keychain Prize

I won a digital photo keychain from TodaysGizmos.com when they held a blog contest. To enter the contest, all you had to do was write a post about the contest and do a review of the Digital Photo Keychain contest sponsor, which happened to be Wholesalekeychain.com

Upon notification that I was one of three winners, I was contacted by Todaysgismos.com and had to give them my contact info along with what I would like to have inscribed on the keychain.

My mom is getting this digital photo keychain with a bunch of pictures of her grandchildren for her birthday.

I just wanted to write a post thanking both Loren of Todaysgismos.com and Wholesalekeychain.com for the opportunity to give my mom the digital photo keychain.

Cool! A Digital Photo Keychain as a Contest Prize!

I just came across TodaysGismos post about a contest where you can win a Digital Photo Keychain. Digital Photo Keychains are cool little electronic devices that allow you to keep some of your digital photos handy by attaching the device to your keys. Sounds like a groovy contest prize, and since I have not entered a blogging contest in quite some time, why not enter.

What Do You Do to Enter?

Write a post about the contest, linking to TodaysGismos(visit the post and read it to make sure of the rules) and visit the contest sponsor, Wholesalekeychain.com. Pick a favorite keychain from all of their Keychains, and state in your post why that particular keychain is your favorite. For my favorite, it would have to be the Honda Civic Key Chain, because I love my civic. I have had multiple Hondas, because they are great reliable cars that get terrific gas mileage.

Also make sure you visit the the contest post and leave a comment to let TodaysGismos know you wrote a post.

So what is your favorite Key Chain?

Logo Contest Winner

First, thanks to the Three Logo Contest Entries that entered the Logo contest, and thanks to everyone who voted.

The point tally as I counted reads 20pts for the Baldydog Logo by The Work at Home community Blog, 10pts for Thegrubhound Logo from Megan of BizDevMarketing, and 9pts for the DebBixler Logo from DebBixler herself.

Some people only voted for the best Logo, in which case I only gave one point for such votes.

I wish I had three Ipods to give away, because all three of the entries were so great.

Also thanks to the sponsors:

  1. Kim over at Learning SEO Basics who contributed a 1 month Banner add.
  2. Joe from Mcbsconsulting.com who contributed 2hrs of tech support.
  3. And AlexShalman whom I won the Ipod Shuffle.

I will be emailing all three of the contestants today. If any of you see this before I you see the email, please leave a comment with your contact info.

Logo Design Contest

The deadline for submitting a logo to enter into the Logo Contest has passed. I had thought about extending the deadline due to the limited number of entries(3) . I had said I wanted a minimum number of entries in the initial Logo Contest post, but I did not state that I needed a minimum in the actual Logo Contest post. So Three entries, 1/10th of my goal is what we got. Oh well. Three is better than none.

Deb Bixler, who created the awesome DebBixler Logo is also the first person to cast her vote.

Megan of BizDevMarketing created TheGrubhound Logo.

The WorkatHomeCommunity Blog made a Logo for Baldydog.com

So these are the entries, unless someone comments to let me know that I have missed an entry.

What is your vote?

The final decision will be made on Friday, so make your votes here. I’ll give 3pts for your 1, 2pts for 2nd, and 1pt for third.

A short little Friday post while I have time. My kids are off for Spring break, so I’ll be hanging out with them. My schedule includes going out to breakfast, visiting the Pottstown Farmers market, lunch out, and bowling a few games.

Just three more days to get your Logos in for the Logo Contest. Already have a lot of great entries. If you are entering the contest, be sure to leave a the url to your entry logo in the comment section of the above link. Here are a few of the Logos that have been entered so far: (more…)
